Opening Prayer and Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Johnson.

Report of Nominating Commitee:
1). Elect three (3) members to church council with all terms beginning January 1, 2006 and ending December 31, 2008.

2). Elect three (3) members to the Nominating Committee. Term begins January 1, 2006 and ends December 31, 2006. None are eligibe for reelection in 2007, as stated in the Constitution.

Nominations: Church Council members-

1. Chairman Johnson reported that the following persons are eligible for a second term, have consented to run, and have their names places on the ballot for Church Council:
Duane Peterson; 3 year term
Kimberly Johnson; 3 year term

Need to have at least one more person on the ballot.

2. The floor was opened for additional nominations
MOTION to place Tracy larson on the ballot...........Gail Larson./carried

Tracy Larson consented to have her name placed on the ballot for the open position. No other names were offered.

3. MOTION to cast an unanimous ballot......................Jeff Hart./carried

Nominating Committee-

4. The following have consented to have their names placed on the ballot for Nominating Committee:
Louis Deere
Steve Holmgren (outgoing council member)
Chris Swenson

5. MOTION to cast an unanimous ballot.........Charles Swanson./carried

Communications: Jeff hart encouraged those members who have not turned in an Estimate of Giving and a Time and Talent card to do so as it is necessary for the budget process to be as accurate as possible.

Chairman Johnson thanked all for their attendance and the meeting concluded with the Lord's Prayer and the singing of Table Grace.
